| Information | Hi,
we are twins and started with photography 3 years ago.
At first we took photos with an older Bridge Camera of Sony. Then we changed to a Lumix FZ 50, which was great for us. We learned how to use aperture and exposure time and our photos got much better. In that time we were focused on landscape and animals. We both were / are autodidacts but we also read a lot about photography and were looking for inspiration. After taking photos for a certain time we had to realize that we were reaching our limits with the bridge cameras. So we decided to change to DSLRs of Nikon.
Now the whole photography was open for us. After a short time our photos got better and the photography was making more fun than ever before. We took photos of different genres [architecture, landscapes, animals, and still-life]. But then we got more and more interested in fine art photography. We were fascinated of long exposures and black and white.
Due to the goad capturing fine art images ourselves, we tried the most different ways of taking photographs and edit them in various ways. Eventually we realized that we were on the right way. Nowadays our passion doesn’t decrease but it is getting stronger every day.
We take photos in RAW and covert them with Camera Raw. Then we edit them in Adobe Photoshop. We use this digital work flow to optimize the images.
Photography is MORE than a hobby, more than a job; for us it is pure fascination, it’s a fervour, you can’t describe…a fruition during which you forget the sorrows; there’s only you and the motif.
Best regards
